世纪公寓新装修开业后，为适应新形势，保安工作更加注重服务细节，调整警卫方案、
细化岗位职责，加强消防安全意识，把周全、微笑、贴心服务放至工作重要位置。
作为公寓安全保障的重要防线，保安不仅维护公寓的安全，还在细微处不断提升服务
品质，如遇到租户忘记锁门，及时联系客人并帮助客人关好房门：主动帮助入住客人
提送行李，对一些老、幼及行动不便的客人进行贴心搀扶；严格执行访客登记制度，
对进出公寓车辆仔细登记，提醒客户锁好车窗，检查停放车辆的状况并记录。此外，
在公寓消防报警系统中，对烟感煤气报警及时进行现场确认处置，确保公寓安全。

Fresh from reopening with refurbished décor,
the new-look Century Towers has revamped its
security with an added focus on improved service
to tenants.
First and foremost, security staff have all received
extended training in fire safety awareness,
to identify potential fire hazards and more
effectively protect tenants. If a smoke alarm is activated, they will promptly confirm the
source to ensure the safety of tenants and the property. Secondly, security staff have received
advanced customer service training where they learned about correct etiquette including the
importance of smiles, consideration and attentiveness at work. Thirdly, security personnel
learned how to enhance the quality of their professionalism by appreciating and noticing daily
details outside the traditional remit of their role.
For example, if a tenant neglects to lock the door of his or her apartment, a security staff

RESIDENTS CELEBRATE DRAGON BOAT FESTIVAL

On May 21, 2016, China World Apartments hosted a fun filled workshop for their
residents to learn to make traditional rice dumplings from the Chinese Chef of Traders
Hotel. It was a fun family activity and something that may probably be reserved for the
upcoming holiday occasion. Making rice dumplings isn’t that difficult, all you need is
to take some practice. Residents especially the foreigners had lot of fun learning how
to make the rice dumplings and simple dough snacks and enjoyed all the lovely snacks
prepared by Traders Hotel T-Bazaar. At the end of the event, residents brought home
the lovely handmade cookies and rice dumplings for their family too.
