                                       近日,郭欣成先生 (Mr. Jens Corder) 被任命
                                       为北京国贸大酒店总经理,全面负责酒店的运
                                       营工作。
                                       郭欣成先生来自澳大利亚,在香格里拉酒店集
                                       团工作二十余载,拥有丰富的酒店业从业经
                                       验。在此之前,他担任香格里拉酒店集团在天
                                       津市的第一家酒店——天津香格里拉大酒店的
                                       总经理。郭欣成先生还曾在印度班加罗尔香格
           里拉大酒店及福州香格里拉大酒店担任总经理。郭先生于 1996 年加入香格里拉酒
           店集团旗下的中国大饭店,时任行政副总厨。后来还担任香港九龙香格里拉的酒
           店经理、新加坡香格里拉的行政助理经理等高级管理职位。
           郭欣成先生毕业于澳洲南昆士兰大学并获得了旅游及酒店学士学位。他曾在澳洲
           南昆士兰技术与继续教育学院担任饮食业导师,培养志在投身于饮食业的学生。
           在事业上,郭欣成先生曾荣获多项大奖,如澳洲布里斯本第九频道颁发的青年成
           就奖、昆士兰省厨艺沙龙协会比赛铜奖,以及澳洲厨艺沙龙协会大赛金奖。
           郭欣成先生对香格里拉酒店集团企业文化有着非常深入的了解,主张用发自内心

           Jens Corder has been appointed general manager of China World Summit Wing, Beijing.
           In his new capacity, he will oversee all daily operations of the highest luxury hotel in Beijing.
           Mr. Corder, originally from Australia, is no stranger to Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. He
           joins China World Summit Wing, Beijing with an extensive background in hospitality
           management, including over 20 years of experience in food-and-beverage and hotel
           management. Before to his current appointment, he was the general manager of Shangri-
           La Hotel, Tianjin – the first hotel of the Shangri-La group in the city. He was also the general
           manager of Shangri-La Hotel, Bengaluru, where he successfully oversaw the development
           and opening of Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts’ second hotel in India. Before India, he was the
           general manager at Shangri-La Hotel, Fuzhou.
           He has also worked at other properties within the same group, including as hotel manager
           at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong from 2008 to 2011 and as executive assistant
           manager for food and beverage at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore. He joined Shangri-La
           Hotels and Resorts as executive sous chef in 1996 at China World Hotel, Beijing.
           Throughout his career, Mr. Corder has won numerous awards, including the “Queensland
           Apprentice Chef of the Year” in 1989; as a finalist for the “Young Achiever Award”
           on Brisbane’s Channel 9; the bronze medal at Queensland’s Salon Culinaire; and a gold
           medal at Australia’s National Salon Culinaire. He was also a finalist in the “Hepp Food and
           Beverage Manager of the Year” category at the World Gourmet Summit of Awards of
           Excellence in Singapore.
           Mr. Corder’s passion is exceptional service standards accompanies by high-quality warm
           guest engagement and unique and localised experiences making for an unforgettable stay.
           In his new position, he will leverage his wealth of experience to bring the hotel’s operations
           and service levels to even greater heights.
