国贸公寓租户野十渡一日游

8 月 20 日，公寓部组织的初秋租户郊游活动启程了。为了躲开交通高峰，租户和服
务的员工一行 40 人早早出发，一路畅通，10 点 30 分左右顺利抵达房山十渡景区。
天高气爽，沿途挺拔的高山峻岭和潺潺的流水已让久居高楼林立的公寓租户们唏嘘
不已。
孤山寨景区位于 7 渡，这里是十渡景区景色最优美的景点。乘着晨雾尚未完全散去，
租户们三五成群拾阶而上，连续的瀑布群和清澈的溪水，使游人感受到了夏日城里
难得的自然凉爽。租客们在此戏水、拍照，不胜惬意。另外一个吸引人的景点是一
线天，两边高耸的山峰中间，一条勉强容纳一个人通过的窄缝，使人赞叹大自然的
鬼斧神工。
穿过 7 度来到了 9 渡景点，在此景点租客分散游玩，有人爬山、有人划竹筏、坐缆车，
还有人看着望而生畏的蹦极跳，心里跃跃欲试，但没有人真敢放胆一搏。一些租户
在小河中划上了竹筏，感受当渔家的快乐，看着对面山上不断跳下的蹦极者，不断
发出啧啧惊叹的声音。最后我们在附近的饭店品尝了当地特色农家饭，非常尽兴。
租客们觉得十渡不仅是一个非常好的观赏景色的地方，也是可以让心灵得到休息的
国贸世纪公寓台球联谊赛落下帷幕
地方。

为拉近国贸世纪公寓员工与租户之间的关系，8 月 24 日，国贸世纪公寓在其西楼二
层的健身中心展开了一场别开生面的台球对抗赛。现场，租户及公寓参赛人员各显
身手，进球精准、防守严密，不时打出精彩好球，博得观众阵阵喝彩，比赛最终以
舞马租户获得冠军圆满结束。台球运动作为租户们喜爱的娱乐项目之一，在国贸世
纪公寓得到了很好的普及，公寓二层会所也成为租户们每天下班后休闲、放松、切
磋的好去处。
POOL TOURNEY FIERCE BUT FRIENDLY

Century Towers tenants and staff competed fiercely in a special friendship tournament
on August 24 in the fitness center on the west wing second floor.
Attacking and defensive shots from all players drew applause from the audience until
the Dancing Horse tenant team finally clinched the trophy.
Pool is popular with tenants at Century Towers and the second floor is a fun destination
for many looking to unwind after a busy working day.

DAY TRIP TO SHIDU 500 YUAN
From October 1 to October 9, Beijing Century Towers is offering a comfy two-room suite
On Saturday 20 August, we visited Shidu with a group of 40 residents and staff in China for only 500 yuan a day.
World Apartments. We set off very early to beat the traffic and arrived at 10.30am. The entry
into Shidu was marvelous, the karst landscapes was scenically impressive while riding in on
the bus. Our first destination for the day was at Port 7, Guzhaishan- a more popular tourist
spot in Shidu. It was absolutely awesome, the mountain steps were easy to climb and pretty
safe. The crowds got thinner and cooler as we climbed up the mountain. The waterfall helps
cool the area, making it a nice respite on hot summer days. It was worth the climb for the
view as we passed through Yixiantian “One line of Sky”. Second destination was another
must see site located at Port 9, there it offers a number of exciting outdoor activities such
as hiking, boating, sun bathing, diving, and even bungee jump. Some of residents went for
the boating activities while others enjoyed watching the bungee jumpers. Finally, we had
a relaxed home style meal at a local farm nearby before heading home. Shidu is indeed a
perfect place to escape from the city and to spend some quality time with your family.
