ZONGZI RICE DUMPLINGS

端午节来了！国贸公寓举办了一场包粽子感受中国传统文化的端午节活动。
让住在国贸公寓的国内外租户亲身体验了一回原汁原味的端午节传统文化，
充满了浓浓的中式仪式感。
粽叶飘香，浓情端午。参与此次活动的国贸公寓国内外租户都觉得，这次传
统文化品鉴活动不仅丰富了国贸公寓租户的精神文化生活，使大家感受到了
传统节日的气氛，学习了新的技能，更让大家在互帮互助的包粽子过程中加
强了交流、增进了感情。
More than 40 guests and employees made zongzi rice dumplings together on June
12.After a brief introduction to the origins of the Dragon Boat Festival, everyone
rolled up their sleeves.
With guidance from the chefs, the local and foreign residents folded up scented
bamboo leaves, scooped up handfuls of millet, filled the dumplings with their
preferred flavors and tied them up tight in twine.
Some dumpling-makers showcased their ancient culinary expertise, while others were
all fingers-and-thumbs as they soldiered through the festive activity for the very first
time. Regardless, everyone agreed they had a thoroughly fun time.
