为进一步做好国贸写字楼安全防控工作，根据《高层民用建筑消防安全管理规
定》，2024 年 4 月，国贸写字楼部配合国贸保安部、国贸物管公司项目部对
国贸写字楼 1 座、国贸写字楼 2 座、国贸大厦 A 座和国贸大厦 B 座进行了月度
安全检查工作。
在现场入户检查过程中，对于发现的问题及时与租户进行沟通，告知租户消防
安全标准、并要求租户在限期内进行整改，以符合消防安全要求。
In a continuous effort to enhance fire safety protocols in China World, members of
the Offices Division, in conjunction with the Security Division and the Property & Hotel
Management Co. Ltd jointly conducted the monthly safety inspection within the tenants’
premises of Office 1, Office 2, Tower A and Tower B in April.
In accordance with fire safety management regulations for high-rise civil buildings, tenants
were duly informed of fire safety standards and asked to make relevant corrections within a
specific time period to meet fire safety requirements.

China World utilizes a smart fire safety monitoring system to not just record but also transmit the footage taken during site
renovations, allowing potential fire hazards to be eliminated, thus ensuring the safety of workers and the premises.
The system is capable of 24-hour real-time recording, scheduled transmission of recorded contents and timely detection of
potential dangers with alert notifications.
Both personnel and site safety are enhanced, providing advance knowledge of site conditions and precise video footage for
subsequent site management.
