图治，国贸中心总建筑规模达 112 万平方米，是全球规模最大、功能最齐全的综合体之一。在
招商引资方面，写字楼累计吸引近千家大型企业入驻；商城全球旗舰店、首店不胜枚举，月均
客流近 300 万人次；酒店累计接待世界各国元首级贵宾 300 多人次；先后入住公寓的客户遍布
约 60 个国家及地区。这里是首都地标建筑群，被誉为“中国改革开放的窗口”。2024 年 9 月
12 日，国贸中心将举办成立 40 周年庆祝大会，开启一系列活动，掀开发展新篇。
China World Trade Center will host a grand ceremony on Thursday, September 12 to mark its 40th
anniversary, launching a series of events that will herald a new chapter in its development. As an iconic
landmark of the capital city, today China World Trade Center is celebrated as a window into China’s
reform and opening up. The contract and charter for the joint construction and operation of the center
were signed at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing’s Tiananmen Square in 1984. Over the past 40
years, through dedication and vision, the center has grown to encompass a total building area of 1.12
million square meters, making it one of the largest and most comprehensive complexes in the world.
China World Offices have cumulatively attracted nearly 1,000 major enterprises, while China World Mall
boasts global flagship stores and first-in-market locations, with an average monthly footfall of nearly
3 million visitors. The hotels have hosted over 300 heads of state, and the apartments have welcomed
residents from around 60 countries and regions.
