                                              以茶烹调菜肴,不仅能够消解肉品海鲜等食材的腥膻味,也
                                              可为不同的菜品增添一抹清淡的茶香。在热气“催化”下,
                                                   不仅茶叶的香气会变得愈加醇厚,其中蕴含的营养成分
                                                     也能进一步释放出,如此烹出的茶膳既融进了茶香,
