捞鱼生

FISHY FESTIVE FUN
捞鱼生是东南亚华人庆祝新年的民间风俗。这道菜以
鱼生为主食材，搭配腌姜丝及各种有颜色的蔬菜丝，
色彩丰富，味道鲜美，是一道有吉祥意味，祈求来年
有好运发生的吉祥菜式。其实，“鱼生”即“生鱼”，
因“鱼”跟“余”同音，往往代表财富丰裕，“鱼生”
与“余升”同音，寓意财源滚滚，因此，“鱼生”这
道菜也就蕴含了富足充裕，繁荣昌盛的意思。
“捞鱼生”通常是“人日节”（即大年初七）当天享
用。当美味上桌，餐座上的引领者或餐厅服务生将把
食材高高夹起放入锅内，大家同时高喊着各种吉祥祝
福话，或者说“lo hei,lo hei”( 捞起，捞起！ )。捞
鱼生还有风生水起，步步高升的吉祥意味。
2016 年 2 月 7 日至 2 月 13 日每晚 7:00，中国大饭
店行政总厨张景洲诚挚邀请宾客参加咖啡苑传统捞鱼
生表演。晚餐自助每位人民币 398 元，附加 15% 服
