回顾过去，是为了更好地展望未来。三十多年来，作为中国改革开放的窗口企业，国贸
中心乘着改革开放的春风，取得了长足进步，实现了跨越式发展，为中国改革开放和经
济发展做出了突出贡献。会上，国贸中心董事长高燕女士、国贸股份公司董事长林明志
先生，以及中共朝阳区委副书记、代区长文献先生分别发表致辞，从不同角度回顾了改
革开放四十年，中国以及国贸中心取得的辉煌成就，表达对未来发展的坚定信心和美好
期许。
国贸中心的成长与成绩离不开创业者的远见卓识，离不开新老客户的鼎力支持，离
不开国贸员工的进取拼搏，以及社会各界的关心和支持。大会现场进行了“致敬创
业者”、“答谢客户”、“表彰员工”等环节。国贸中心高燕董事长和原副董事长
郭孔丞先生为国贸中心创业者代表魏玉明老先生颁发金质纪念徽章。接着，国贸中
心执行董事分别为客户代表和国贸中心长期服务员工代表颁奖。
国贸中心自成立以来，一直致力于社会公益事业。为了与社会各界人士共同努力、
回报社会，大会特别设置了慈善倡议环节。与会人员共同观看了国贸中心公益视频《与
爱同行》，回顾了国贸中心发展历程中对于慈善事业的关注与投入。
特别是 2009 年设立了专项公益基金 , 已向各公益机构、社会团体捐款超过 1000 万元。
公司积极开展各类公益活动，用实际行动支持公益事业，践行企业社会责任。近年来，
作为中国改革开放的受益者，国贸中心积极响应党和国家实施精准扶贫、精准脱贫
重大方略，为到 2020 年建成全面小康社会贡献一份绵薄之力。
2017 年 11 月，国贸中心高燕董事长与中国发展研究基金会副理事长兼秘书长卢迈
先生就针对中西部贫困山区学前儿童合作开展“一村一幼”教育扶贫项目达成了共识。
2017 年 12 月，国贸中心与中国发展研究基金会组成的调研团队赴四川省凉山彝族
自治州雷波县深入走访“一村一幼”教学点，发现当地的学前教育在营养和环境方
面存在重大缺口。为了让贫困家庭的孩子都能接受公平的、有质量的教育，国贸中
心与中国发展研究基金会决定合作实施雷波县“一村一幼”质量提升计划，从儿童
营养和教育入手，着力提升雷波县的学前教育质量。
2018 年 6 月 26 日，中国国际贸易中心和中国发展研究基金会签署合作协议，并向中
国发展研究基金会捐赠 440 万元人民币，用于持续优化辅导员队伍、改善教学环境、
饮食及营养结构。目前，该项目已在试点地区开始推广，已有部分试点完成厨房改善
计划，孩子们终于吃上了营养丰富、热气腾腾的饭菜。
陈延平副董事长向与会来宾和社会各界发出倡议：“让我们共同行动起来，伸出援助
之手，献出关爱之心，以实际行动支持‘一村一幼’项目，聚焦雷波，精准扶贫。

In November last year, Gao launched a cooperative agreement with China
Development Research Foundation Vice President and General Secretary
Lu Mai to launch the Poverty Alleviation Project for One Village, One
Kindergarten focusing on preschool children in impoverished mid-west
mountainous areas.
China Development Research Foundation is a non-profit institution that
seeks to improve social and economic development in China through applied
policy research, training and informed dialogue. In December, the two
partners picked Leibo County Yi autonomous prefecture in the Liangshan
mountainous area of Sichuan province to implement the One Village One
Kindergarten Upgrade Project.
On June 26, China World Trade Center signed a cooperative agreement with
the foundation and donated RMB 4.4 million to pilot an improved teaching,
diet and nutrition program in the remote ethnic minority prefecture.
The project has already launched a kitchen improvement plan enabling
schoolchildren to enjoy hot nutritious meals.
“Let us join hands together and, with caring hearts and practical actions,
reach out to assist the One Village One Kindergarten Project," said China
World Trade Center Co., Ltd. Vice Chairman Chen Yanping. "We shall focus
on Leibo County and alleviate poverty through clear targets.”
