发布。国贸写字楼礼宾部曾荣获 2024 年“青年先锋岗”，是北京唯一双塔超高
层双礼宾岗（含转换层）、北京唯一兼管 4 座超甲级写字楼的礼宾岗团队、CBD

地区写字楼唯一巾帼礼宾团队。27 名优秀的青年员工，热爱本职工作，精通业务，
敢于担当。2023 年，礼宾部共接待访客达 21 万人次，保障约 200 万人次进出
写字楼，成为有高度、有广度、有难度、更有温度的典范。

CONCIERGE TEAM HONORED AS As an extension of the 40th anniversary celebrations of China World Trade Center
(CWTC), new promotional efforts have been launched to highlight exceptional front-
YOUTH LEADERSHIP ROLE MODELS line employees. As part of this campaign, the concierge team from China World Offices
was recognized as “Young Pioneer Role Models” in 2024. The China World Offices
Concierge team stands out as the only team in Beijing offering concierge services in
dual super high-rise office buildings, including sky lobby reception services and the
only one to manage four super Grade-A office buildings. It also represents the only
all-women concierge team in the Central Business District. Comprising 27 dedicated
young professionals, the team is passionate, highly skilled and always ready to meet
every challenge. In 2023 alone, the team served 210,000 visitors and facilitated
efficient access to the buildings for nearly 2 million guests and tenants: a true model of
excellence in service, marked by warm professionalism.
As the new video showcases, their smiles are their most sincere calling cards,
revealing their commitment to attentive, prompt service. By prioritizing guest needs,
they consistently deliver timely and thoughtful support. Every interaction is handled
with care, helping guests feel at home and introducing a sense of warmth to the
workplace. The team’s detailed guidance assist new office tenants to quickly adapt to
their surroundings, while their service excellence continue to honor CWTC’s legacy of
unrivaled hospitality.

10 月 25 日，写字楼部与国际著名品牌的路易威登北京 Espace 文化艺术空间联
手，邀请组织写字楼租户参观了享有国际盛名的德国艺术家阿尔伯特·厄伦典藏
绘画精选展，并参与了中央美术学院在该艺术空间展览期间举办的艺术疗愈工
作坊。来自摩科瑞、道远咨询等租户的 15 位代表用拼贴和涂鸦的形式，在名画
