SCALE CERTIFICATION

国贸中心基于员工和租户对于绿色、环保、健康的环境需求，于 2023 年开展企业级的 WELL
AT SCALE 健康建筑认证体系，严格按照美国健康建筑铂金级执行标准，逐步对国贸区域内不
同业态的建筑物室内空气、水、营养、运动、热舒适、光环境、声环境、材料、精神、社区十
项内容进行现场验证和实验室采样测试。最终于 2024 年 9 月，国贸大厦 A 座、国贸大厦 B 座、
CHINA WORLD TOWER A CHINA WORLD TOWER B
国贸公寓和国贸商城均完成了 WELL AT SCALE 规模化认证，全部获得铂金级认证证书。

The China World Trade Center (CWTC) has successfully completed the WELL at Scale certification process,
earning platinum-level recognition for its key buildings including China World Tower A, China World
Tower B, China World Apartments and China World Mall, all of which were awarded the certification in
September 2024. WELL at Scale is an extension of the WELL Building Standard, designed to improve the Dec 2023 September, 2024
health and well-being of occupants across large-scale developments. The certification process evaluates
10 key areas including air, water, nourishment, light, movement, thermal comfort, sound, materials, mind
and community. These areas were rigorously assessed through on-site evaluations and laboratory testing, CHINA WORLD TOWER A CHINA WORLD TOWER B
ensuring that each building met the strict requirements for the US WELL Building Platinum standard.This BEIJING, CHINA BEIJING, CHINA
achievement highlights the CWTC leadership and management team’s commitment to creating healthy,
sustainable environments in response to the growing demand from tenants and employees
for green and wellness-focused spaces. The certification process, initiated in 2023, aligns
