SUMMIT NEW YEAR CONCERT

2016 PROVES BIG SUCCESS

In cooperation with the EOS Repertoire Orchestra,
China World Summit Wing, Beijing successfully held the
concert for the third year on January 1, 2016. Conducted
by Yongyan Hu, 90 world-class musicians showcased
classical music masterpieces from celebrated composers
including Tchaikovsky and Suppe. The hotel was
honoured to welcome one of China’s great emerging
lyric coloratura sopranos, Xi Wang, to perform Voice of
The Spring. Similar to the tradition of the Vienna New
Year Concert, the evening culminated in the Radetzky
March – the last encore of the performance.
